Frequently Asked Questions

Should we receive a certificate when our electrical work has finished?

Yes – All work containing installation of a new circuit, a rewire, or consumer unit change will all be notified direct to your local building control. You will also receive the relevant certificate whether it be a minor works certificate, or an electrical installation certificate.

We have used your services and have since moved counties - how far do you travel?

We are very happy to hear you have been satisfied enough to use our services again. We cover within a 150 mile radius of the CO5 area for returning customers.

Do you offer an emergency service?

We do not currently offer an emergency service to new customers, but do offer an emergency service to existing customers. We are available for emergency callouts from 8AM-10PM 7 days a week.

are you able to claim the olev grant for our electric vehicle charger installation?

Yes – we can claim grants for certain brands and certain ‘Smart’ Chargers. The domestic grant available is up to £350.00 towards your total installation cost. the grants available to commercial clients are higher, but would need to be discussed as these vary on a case to case basis. We will fill out all the paper work on your behalf to allow a seamless service for you.

dO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR SERVICES?

Yes – We offer a 1 year Parts & Labour warranty on all services.

We have lost a certificate you sent us - can you send us another copy

Yes – we keep copies of your certificates for 5 years. So please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like another copy of your paperwork.
